Welcome to the XBA website
We have been a proud member of AAU Sports for over a decade with hundreds of young athletes participating from a 3 state area (Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana). XBA was founded by Darroll Alexander and started as the Fairfield Redhawks and within the 1st year expanded to 12 teams. The following year the RedHawks changed it's name to AND1 and continued to grow in numbers of teams.
Later into the 5th year, Coach Alexander purchased another youth club and renamed the association "XBA Youth Sports Association". Throughout the years, XBA has won AAU State Chamionships, various State and Regional Tournaments and Leagues, including advancing to the final four in the National AAU Tournament.
XBA's alumni consist of such college players as - Shaun Alexander, Vince Cook, Thomas Smith, Zach Wilhelm, Bobby Austin, Ben Martin, Antwoine Wilhite, O.J. Mayo (NBA), Bill Walker (NBA), Desirea' Byrd, Deondra Holiday and many others. XBA offers skill and fundamental training and 3 levels of competition - Elite - Competitive - Semi Competitive.
It is our desire that students learn, participate, and perform at the best of thier abilities.
XBA also works with Police Departments and Community organizations by adopting students of all ages. These students will have a place to play the sports that they love and to be active, involved, busy. The students are more likely to stay away from drugs and violence and become good citizens within the community.
